The Sustainability Office at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) is your first point of contact for sustainability at TUM.
We coordinate the implementation of the TUM Sustainable Futures Strategy, oversee the monitoring of measures, and ensure transparent reporting. We pursue a holistic approach, recognizing that ecological boundaries, economic resilience, and social equity are deeply interconnected.
Together with the entire TUM community and our (inter)national partners, we are committed to driving society's sustainable transformation and leading by example as an institution, fostering a new sense of responsibility for a sustainable future.
Vision & Action Fields

The TUM Sustainable Futures Strategy 2030 provides us with a clear roadmap for sustainable development and describes our approach to making TUM a carbon neutral university.
